Bodua Gordan
C.E.O
"The Man with a Plan"
Hello future friends and family, my name is Bodua Gordon and I am the founder of Savannah Community Land Trust, Inc. I was born in Savannah, GA in 1981 to Valorie and Gerald Gordon. I am also the only son with two older sisters; so being a protector and leader came naturally at a young age. I graduated from Sol. C Johnson High school
in the year 2000. Then, I proceeded to further my studies at Savannah State University with a concentration in Business Management. During my time there, I honed my skills from such an eclectic course load, that it catapulted me into entrepreneurship early on.
Eventually, after three years of college, I fully pursued my career endeavors.

Two years later, My first step towards my dreams began when I became an employee at the Board of Education for Chatham county. Then, my world changed for the better!
In 2009 I Married the love of my life Rachael Samuel now Rachael Gordon, who has contributed to my successes and has been my biggest supporter through my journey. After that major milestone, I started my first entrepreneurial attempt by having my own cleaning business in 2018. Then, I achieved my second milestone by living out my dream of working in the community! In 2019, I started the groundwork for Savannah Community Land Trust Inc. In 2020, we became Incorporated. At the beginning of 2021 we got our official Nonprofit status. As you can see, we are an organization on the move, and we could not have done it without the community’s support! Lastly, in 2021, I became one of United Ways first BIPOC Nonprofit leadership candidates for training and I recently graduated in 12/16/2021.
Thanks again for all the love and support so far. For continued success, whether big or small, we appreciate all donations so we can serve the community efficiently. So please check out the donation page. Because of all of you, now I’m on the path that God has set for me. Continued blessings to you all!
